Overview
VolleyCanvas is designed to work offline. It does not require an account, does not use analytics, does not track you, and does not send your rosters, drills, notes, presets, drawings, or settings to the developer.

Information Stored on Your Device
The app stores the information you create, such as player names, jersey numbers, team names, roles, lineups, drill steps, arrows, labels, zones, notes, presets, language, appearance, and playback settings. This information is stored locally on your device using Apple system storage.

Importing, Exporting, and Sharing
When you import, export, or share a drill, roster, image, or practice plan, you choose the file or destination. Files you share may be handled by Apple or third-party apps and services you select, and their privacy practices are controlled by those services.

Data Collection
The app itself does not collect personal data, location data, contacts, photos, identifiers, diagnostics, usage analytics, advertising data, or tracking data for the developer. Apple may process App Store, purchase, crash, or device information under Apple's own policies.

Deleting Your Data
You can delete players, presets, and drill content inside the app. You can also remove all locally stored app data by deleting the app from your device.

Acceptance
By using VolleyCanvas, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Valid License Required
You may use VolleyCanvas only if you have a valid purchase, license, or free version provided or authorized by the developer. Do not copy, distribute, unlock, bypass payment, or use the app through unauthorized means.

Purpose of the App
VolleyCanvas is a coaching and planning tool for creating volleyball lineups, drills, player notes, arrows, labels, zones, presets, and exported practice materials. It is not a substitute for professional coaching judgment, medical advice, safety supervision, or facility rules.

Training Safety and Injuries
You are responsible for deciding whether a drill, activity, or instruction is safe and appropriate for your players, venue, equipment, and conditions. Any injuries, losses, or damages that occur from drills learned, planned, shared, exported, or performed through use of the app are not the fault or responsibility of the developer, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Your Content
You are responsible for the names, notes, rosters, drills, files, and other content you create, import, export, or share. Do not enter or share information unless you have permission to use it.

Acceptable Use
Use the app lawfully and responsibly. Do not use exported materials to infringe rights, harass others, disclose private information without permission, or create unsafe training instructions.

No Warranty
The app is provided as is and as available. The developer does not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every team, venue, drill, or coaching situation.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the developer is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-data damages related to your use of the app.

Changes
These terms may be updated as the app changes. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.
